Description

使用說明：

1. 將艾草沐浴包置於盆中，以熱水注入1/3滿後，等待5-10分鐘 (沐浴包數量可依個人喜好調整)

2. 用冷水將溫度調至38度～39度

3. 浸泡約15-20分鐘，浸泡時以艾草沐浴包輕拭身體效果更好 (高品質的不織布袋不容易破)

4. 出浴時以溫水沖洗即可

農曆七月間

家人可以在家事先準備好沐浴包

沐浴包不是只有用在泡澡唷~

也可以將一小包沐浴包泡水出色

回家時給家人擦擦臉、手、腳

會有不錯的效果唷!!


(建議洗澡後再擦，才不會洗澡後艾草味道被沖掉了~)
