採用新鮮的蔬果、果實、根莖葉、芽菜類、海菜葉、靈芝菇菌類及種子類(全豆、全榖)等植物，並加入天然草本及中草藥等上百種的天然植物作為原料，再加上天然有益活菌、營養酵素，經過180天在自然條件下釀造萃取純度極高的「植物性複合酵素群」。


在自然常溫環境，以多種的微生物操作技術融合，不會損及各種植物的天然營養活性成分，因此酵素是多元均衡的活食物來源。
